1. General Information

the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BELZZO™.
2. Products & Pricing
- All products listed are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products anytime.
- Product colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
- Refunds will be processed for cancelled orders from our side.
4. Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days across India.
- Courier delays are beyond our control.
5. Return & Exchange Policy (7 Days)
- Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused with original packaging and invoice.
- Used or damaged products are not eligible.
Process:
- Raise request through support channel.
- Reverse pickup instructions will be provided after approval.
6. Refund Policy (3–5 Days)
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are credited to original payment method.
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
7. Partial COD Advance Refund Policy
The Partial COD advance paid at the time of placing an order is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch, refused at the time of delivery, or remains undelivered due to customer-related reasons.
For eligible returns requested within our 7-day return policy:
- If the return is approved due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described product, the customer will receive a full refund, including the Partial COD advance.
- For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference reasons, the Partial COD advance is non-refundable. Only the eligible refundable amount, if any, will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing a Partial COD order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, content, designs and branding belong to BELZZO™ /
Aurixs Global LLP and are protected under intellectual property laws.
9. User Responsibilities
- Do not misuse our services.
- Do not engage in fraudulent activities.
- Provide accurate information during purchases.
10. Limitation of Liability
BELZZO™ and Aurixs Global LLP are not liable for indirect or consequential
damages arising from use of our products or services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Aurixs Global LLP and its affiliates against claims,
damages or legal expenses resulting from misuse of services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to Ahmedabad,
Gujarat jurisdiction.

- Other applicable Indian laws
